Microsoft Stresses That Can Run Windows Phone 8 WP7 Application

Through its official blog, Microsoft executives Larry Lieberman reassured that the application developers next version of Windows Phone will have the support of Windows Phone applications that exist today. The new OS which has the code name Apollo has backwards compatibility as a sign of Microsoft's commitment to the developers.

Which is still in question, whether Windows Phone 8 will run on existing devices? Rumors continue to demonstrate the likelihood that consumers will be forced to buy new devices if they want to use the new platform. However, this backwards compatibility may contradict this, and Microsoft itself is known to maintain support for the previous device until the transfer is really absolutely necessary.

Windows Phone 8 rumored to be arriving early in the second half of this year close to 8 for the desktop Windows OS.
