Nokia Losing in Patent Cases in Germany


Nokia reportedly lost a case at the regional court Mannhem, Germany, on Friday last. According to the court, Nokia has been found to have violated a patent owned by a German company named Ipcom patent. On the Nokia decision is a response. According to a representative named Mark Durrant, the Nokia does not agree with the decision. But once Durrant added also that all phones are affected by this patent case is sold before the patent was approved in February 2011 and now has been discontinued.Nokia's latest products is said to have used other methods (which does not infringe the patent).
