Operating system Windows 8 will be available to the public starting 26 October. Microsoft disclosed this on Wednesday (18/07/2012) local time. This means that users have started to upgrade to the latest operating system from that date, or can buy a device that is already installed Windows 8 in it.
Generally, Microsoft did not announce a release date to the public until near the time of its release.Microsoft just used to say that the new Windows will be out every three years.
