IDC: Loss of interest in the Android Developer for Fragmentation

Based on the results of a recent survey conducted IDC, Android fragmentation is still the main obstacle for developers to create applications in the most popular mobile platform. Meanwhile, Windows Phone obtain a stronger interest. This happens because there are some interesting Windows Phone devices that are out there. It is expected to be a problem for Android in the long run if the fragmentation is still happening.

 Developer interest for RIM platform, webOS, and Symbian also declined. Is directly proportional to the popularity of all three platforms that are considered no longer relevant to the development of current smartphones.
