LTE 4G Smartphone Battery Performance Graded Satisfactory Poor

According to the JD Power and Associates, the majority of mobile phone subscribers are not too happy with the 4G technology LTEsmartphone. The reason is 'poor battery'.

Data collected from JD Power and Associates shows thatdissatisfaction with the performance of LTE smartphone batteryalso affects the overall satisfaction of the mobile phone. 4Gsmartphone owners only give an average value of 6.1 from 10. On the other hand, 3G smartphone gives users the tools they are 0.6points higher at 6.7 points. Meanwhile, in September, LTEsmartphone gives users an average value of 6.9 and the meanperformance of the smartphone batteries also reduce the level ofcustomer satisfaction LTE gadgets.

Some vendors may not care about customer satisfaction, but this study suggests that manufacturers should look at customer satisfaction. As many as 25% of customers who report their level ofsatisfaction and their claims will remain faithful to the producer whenissuing its latest handset. Only 13% customer satisfaction value of 7 to 9 on the ability of their batteries.

In the same report, Apple ranks highest recorded for sevenconsecutive times in smartphone customer satisfaction, followed byHTC which ranks second after.
