Google has announced the release of the final version of their Chrome 18, a stable version that will give the device an improved graphics and HTML 5 Canvas for 2D, 2D hardware enhancement using HTML 5 Canvas specification. Even be said also that the Chrome 18 will be faster when opening some appropriate site. Unfortunately the various acceleration brought about by the browser will only work for Mac and Windows only, where Linux has yet to get it.
The increase is due to Chrome 18 graphics are already using TransGaming's SwiftShader that allows applications WebGL 3D graphics chip or a platform that usually do not support this example only on Windows XP systems. Its own performance will be slower because of all focus on the main processor, but the benefits received by Chrome users where they can view content that previously could not be seen.
