Meanwhile, Tim Cook who currently hold leadership at Apple is not considered to be more emotional. This is seen as Microsoft and Apple can achieve cross-licensing agreement in 1997 in the field of computer software industry.

Remedy the Apple in February, had suffered a setback when the judge refused a request Koh Apple to ban the sale of Samsung devices in the United States. According to Koh, the design of Apple's patent is too broad and even some of them have similarities with the concepts in the 1994 series Knight Rider. Apple make the decision on appeal and hire a well-known law firm in Los Angeles to increase efforts ongoing patent war.
It is estimated that the two companies currently have to spend money to nearly 400 million dollars in legal fees in cases that last for several years. Therefore it could be an attempt at negotiations between the two sides would be preferable to spend more energy and money to patent disputes.
