Apple talks with Proview Related with iPad

Based on the narrative of a lawyer involved, and Proview Apple is currently negotiating to try to resolve the problems associated brands iPad. Ma Dongxiao, the lawyer representing the company Proview, said today that negotiations are taking place but did not give further details.

Legal case between Apple and Proview itself is currently being discussed in the High Court of Guangdong province. However, the court earlier this week recommended the two companies to find ways to mediate this. This rule is applicable in China, where the two warring parties were given the opportunity to negotiate before the court handed down a final decision.

Case between Apple and Proview deployed to fight the iPad name in China. If Apple loses the companies of the United States could have to pay a heavy fine and possible ban on sales of iPad in the Bamboo Curtain.

Apple iPad claims to have purchased the brand of Proview Proview in 2009 but denied it. Earlier this year a Provies representative said the company asked Apple to pay 400 million dollars for the brand iPad in China.

Apple is currently marketing the new iPad in China. The delay is likely done for the case between Apple and Proview court has not decided.
